Chelsie Hensley

Co-Owner & Audiologist

Dr. Chelsie Hensley grew up in Southern Colorado and has practiced as an audiologist throughout Western Colorado and Eastern Utah since graduating with her Doctorate of Audiology, from the University of Northern Colorado, in 2017.

Makenzie Bramwell

Audiologist

Makenzie Bramwell earned her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Arkansas and her Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.) from the University of Utah in 2025.

Heather Nair John

Audiologist

Heather brings more than 20 years of audiology experience to High Desert Hearing Center, with a career that has taken her across hospitals, private practices, the U.S. Army, and even into Arizona’s mining industry. She earned her graduate degree in Audiology from the University of Arizona and has since dedicated her career to improving lives through better hearing.

Ashley Ernest

Audiologist

Ashley earned her Bachelor of Science in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from Purdue University in 2020 and her Doctorate of Audiology from Grand Valley State University in 2023. She is deeply passionate about helping patients take an active role in enhancing their quality of life through better hearing, with a special focus on personalized hearing aid solutions that support confidence, connection, and everyday living.

Co-Owner & Managing Partner

Terry Jacobson is the Co-Owner and Managing Partner of High Desert Hearing Center and a proud Grand Junction native with more than 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations and business management.
